Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf
Our own version of this total classic cake. Mum’s recipe, hardly altered... it’s a childhood favourite of our chef so it’s as good as it was on her 10th birthday! Topped with a zingy lemon glaze this is a guaranteed favourite.
Ingredients: Unrefined caster sugar, wheat flour, unsalted butter, eggs, milk, poppy seeds, lemon zest and juice, unrefined icing sugar

Super Banana Bread
Ever wished you could find a sweet treat free from added sugar, gluten, dairy and eggs, whilst still resembling cake? Look no more! This loaf is made with bananas, buckwheat flour, gluten free oats, linseed, sultanas, aquafaba, sunflower oil and a hint of cinnamon. And that's pretty much it. Two hands required - one to eat the cake and the other to pat yourself on the back!

Vegan Carrot Cake
A Breadren take on a classic recipe - we've made this one super virtuous with wholemeal flour, coconut sugar, and lots of carrots, walnuts and sultanas. Just add tea!
