Join me for a half day of baking and dessert joy! I’ll share with you some of my favourite vegan bakes, recipes that I have developed myself with the aim of using natural ingredients to create nutritious and wholesome bakes without using any weird processed substitutes for eggs and dairy. So whilst you won’t learn to make a vegan victoria sponge or how to use egg replacer, you will learn how you can produce incredible and unique baked goods using whole foods and natural ingredients. A lot of my the bakes in these workshops will also be gluten free, free from refined sugar, or contain no added sugar at all. I will also show you how to create amazing vegan desserts from the bakes and elements made in class.

Location: Fulham, SW6

A delicious vegan lunch and snacks will be provided and you will go home with baked goods to eat and recipes to try out at home. The day will be a mixture of demonstrations by me, Q&A, and of course some hands-on baking.

You will leave with a host of new vegan bakes to try out at home as well as some tips and tricks and ideas of how to turn the elements you have learnt into show stopping desserts! Typical bakes and desserts include - sweet potato brownies, super healthy banana bread, spiced nut butter cookies, mochi cake, aquafaba chocolate mousse.
