Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf
Our own version of this total classic cake. Mum’s recipe, hardly altered... it’s a childhood favourite of our chef so it’s as good as it was on her 10th birthday! Topped with a zingy lemon glaze this is a guaranteed favourite.
Ingredients: Unrefined caster sugar, wheat flour, unsalted butter, eggs, milk, poppy seeds, lemon zest and juice, unrefined icing sugar

Banana Buttermilk Loaf
A moist and banana-filled cake with buttermilk and half wholemeal flour. Breadren's take on this classic, family favourite. Lightly spiced with cinnamon and topped with demerara sugar and bananas.
