Our ranges includes both naughty and nice treats, as well as a variety of recipes that don’t require things like gluten, dairy, eggs or sugar to make them delicious.
We call our approach ‘fad-free inclusive eating’. We look at food from a food lover's perspective - all we care about is using delicious, high quality ingredients to produce food that's all wholesome, fresh, unrefined and as unprocessed as possible. We specialise in small batch baking using natural, local and seasonal ingredients, combined with some of the best exotic and international flavours. As a business founded by Londoners from diverse backgrounds, we embrace the melting pot of this great city and take inspiration from all the communities, cuisines, cultures and ingredients on our doorstep.
We use local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible - for example we source our flour from Shipton Mill and Dove's Farm, Fruit & Veg from Chegworth Valley and Ted's Veg, eggs from Havensfield Happy Hens and British grains and pulses from Hodmedod's to name a few!
