Join me for an evening of vegetable delights! I’ll prepare and serve you a carefully created 5 course menu of my own recipes inspired by my London upbringing, East African Gujarati heritage, and love of the best, local, seasonal and exotic ingredients.

The menus will be plant-based and natural - entirely vegetarian, and a lot of it will be vegan too. I endeavour to use local and seasonal ingredients so each evening will feature its own unique array of dishes.

Example dishes:

Psyllium seed crackers, labneh, rose harissa

Corn and green chilli fritters, avocado puree

Turmeric potato fritters in chickpea batter, green mango, carrot & chilli salad

Miso maple aubergine steaks, white miso, tahini cucumber & spinach salad, fried sticky rice cakes

Poached pear, matcha mochi, chocolate mousse, matcha tuile
