We refer to our style of food as "inclusive eating" as we cater for those who want to live sugar free, vegan, dairy free and gluten free as well as those looking for more indulgent, classic treats.

If you are looking for a sweet treat or savoury, something traditional or innovative, a light salad or an indulgent brownie, you'll find what you need at our food counter in Marylebone and on offer at our weekly farmer's markets.

free-from

but not free from flavour

We started creating more vegan and vegetarian products in response to our feelings towards environmental sustainability and because seasonal fruits and vegetables are the most lip smacking things you can eat. We find it frustrating to browse the shelves of vegan shops and only find processed, plastic packaged goods, so all of our vegan food is as it should be - made of real life vegetables and no preservatives.

 All too frequently free-from foods are lacking in the taste and texture categories and are often filled with processed alternatives and artificial sweeteners and flavourings. We let the natural beauty of our ethically sourced, seasonal ingredients shine through and find inspiration from recipes that don't need gluten, sugar, dairy or nuts. You have to taste it to believe it!
