This spring, learn how to get creative with the mighty vegetable and the art of vegan cooking! Planning meals around local, seasonal veggies is the best way to look after your body and we have the skills to show you how to keep things intersting.
You will learn to elevate seasonal veggies to chef standard with seasoning techniques, herb choices and flavour enhancing skills. Vegetables and plants will be the stars for our starter, main and dessert courses so you will leave with everything you need to be able to whip up some meat free magic.
Our head chef Sal will guide you through a variety of vegtastic vegan recipes through a mixture of demonstration and hands on cooking. Typical recipes include (subject to change): Roasted cauliflower with tahini; Quinoa with roasted brussel sprouts, crispy kale & fresh pomegranate; Vietnamese style summer rolls; Charred sprouting broccoli with harissa; Matcha and coconut mochi cake.
Hands on cooking will be done individually and in pairs / small groups, with additional demonstrations and tasting included. And of course plenty of your own goodies to take home and enjoy!
