Aiming for a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean you can't eat cake every now and again! Learn how it can be possible to create a variety of sweet and savoury bakes, chock full of seasonal, healthful ingredients.
You will learn new methods and techniques for interesting bakes to impress and nourish your nearest and dearest - and ideas on how to adapt and develop your own seasonal twists to inspire your baking throughout the year!
Experience a variety of seasonal recipes and technical tips through a mixture of hands on baking and demonstrations from our Head Chef Sal. Example recipes include (subject to seasonal change): corn and jalapeño muffins; spelt, honey & fig oatcakes; goat's cheese biscuits with rosemary & lavender; flour-free banana & coconut loaves
Hands on cooking will be done individually and in pairs / small groups, with additional demonstrations and tasting included. And of course plenty of your own goodies to take home and enjoy!
